The main treatment is performed with steady, skilled hands. Your comfort is checked throughout, and techniques are adjusted to suit your sensitivity.

A soothing, nourishing product is applied to calm and protect the skin. You leave feeling refreshed, with clear aftercare guidance for the best outcome.
What You Can Expect
Before Your Visit
- Drink at least 2 litres of water the day before and the day of treatment — hydration is essential for optimal results.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your session.
- Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before — avoid heavy or fatty foods immediately before treatment.
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing that gives easy access to the treatment area.
After Your Visit
- Drink 2–3 litres of water after your session to support the lymphatic system in flushing released fat.
- Avoid alcohol for 48 hours — it slows the liver's ability to process released fat.
- Avoid hot baths or saunas for 24 hours if skin is sensitive after treatment.
- Maintain results with a balanced diet and regular hydration between sessions.
- Wear your Faja for 8 hours a day. Do Not wear when sleeping!
