Pre cleanse
An oil or cream based cleanser is used to remove makeup, oil, sunscreen and environmental debris from the skin.
Deep cleanse
A second cleanser targeted to your skin type is used.
Exfoliation
A gentle exfoliant dissolves dead skin cells without abrasion — softening fine lines at the surface and preparing the skin for maximum product absorption.
Mask
These professional masks deliver intense active ingredients while creating a seal that drives hydration and peptides deep into the skin.
Finishing
moisturizer, SPF and lip moisturizer complete the treatment. You leave with a full, layered skincare routine applied by a professional.

What You Can Expect
Before Your Visit
- Arrive with a clean face if possible, or we'll cleanse for you.
- Avoid active exfoliants (retinol, AHAs, BHAs) for 3–5 days before your facial.
- If you have skin conditions, let us know at booking.
- Avoid waxing or other facial treatments within 1 week of your facial.
After Your Visit
- Your skin may be pink and more radiant immediately after — this is normal and settles within hours.
- Avoid heavy makeup for at least 6–12 hours after your facial to let skin breathe.
- Do not use active exfoliants (retinol, AHAs, BHAs) for 48–72 hours after your appointment.
- Wear SPF 30+ every day — freshly exfoliated skin is more sensitive to UV damage.
- Drink plenty of water to support hydration and lymphatic drainage.
- Change your pillowcase before going to bed so your freshly cleansed face rests on a clean surface rather than a pillowcase that may have accumulated dirt, oils, and bacteria.
