About This Treatment
The Body Contouring Package combines ultrasonic cavitation, radiofrequency skin tightening, and wood therapy or lymphatic drainage across three target areas in a single 60-minute session. This synergistic combination reduces fat, tightens the overlying skin, and promotes lymphatic clearance simultaneously — delivering superior results to any single treatment booked alone.
How It Works
Consultation
We discuss your target areas, treatment history, and goals. Contraindications (pregnancy, pacemaker, certain skin conditions) are reviewed to confirm the right treatment for you.

Measurements are taken if possible.
Vibration Plate
10 min on the vibration plate. Depending on the treatment area, a serum and red light therapy may be added at this time.
Preparation
The treatment area is cleansed and exfoliated.
Treatment
Depending on the treatment we agree on, gels, oils and serums may be applied. All treatments will be performed according to the device’s intended use and safety guidelines.
Post-treatment
The area is wiped cleaned. Lymphatic drainage massage strokes are often incorporated at the end to help flush released toxins. To include another 10 min of vibration plate.

What You Can Expect
Before Your Visit
- Drink at least 2 litres of water the day before and the day of treatment — hydration is essential for optimal results.
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours before your session.
- Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before — avoid heavy or fatty foods immediately before treatment.
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing that gives easy access to the treatment area.
After Your Visit
- Drink 2–3 litres of water after your session to support the lymphatic system in flushing released fat.
- Avoid alcohol for 48 hours — it slows the liver's ability to process released fat.
- Avoid hot baths or saunas for 24 hours if skin is sensitive after treatment.
- Maintain results with a balanced diet and regular hydration between sessions.
- Wear your Faja for 8 hours a day. Do Not wear when sleeping!
